You tell us about your roof so we can quote the work. This page says what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

What the quote form collects

  • Your name and email. The form needs both so we can reply.
  • Your phone number and your suburb or town, if you give them.
  • What the job is about, picked from the list, and anything you write in the message box.
  • The page you sent it from.

Why, and who sees it

We use it to answer your enquiry and quote the work. We may share it with a suitable local roofing provider to service your request.

We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a mailing list, and this site has no newsletter.

What the site notes when you visit

  • Visits are counted on our server: the page, the site that linked you here, your country, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. Your IP address is not kept.
  • If a script on a page fails, your browser sends us the error, the page address and your connection type, so we can fix it.
  • The pages load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how the site is used, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • When an enquiry goes through, the page tells Tag Manager that an enquiry was sent and from which page. Your name and contact details are not part of that.

Spam

The form has one hidden field that people never see. Automated spam fills it in, and those submissions are dropped.

A copy, a correction, or deletion

Send a note through the quote form with the name and email you used. Say whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or everything deleted.
